Adrenaline Alley in Corby is Europe’s largest urban sports venue.
Set out over 120,000 ft2, it is a dreamland for BMX, MTB, scooter, skateboard, and inline enthusiasts. The size has allowed us to create numerous skatepark zones playing to all styles and abilities, including those with disabilities.
Our world-class facility caters for everyone from complete beginners to future Olympians.
As the majority is indoors, riding/skating can take place whatever the weather so we can guarantee an awesome experience on every visit. We also host a modern 2 floor Café, a SKATEHUT shop, and a fully-kitted photography studio.
In addition to our daily sessions, our services include a weekly training club, 1-2-1 coaching, events and equipment/facility hire.
Adrenaline Alley is a registered charity trading as a social enterprise. This means we work with the local community, the council and local charities to create jobs, training, and volunteering opportunities and to provide somewhere safe and secure for young people to take part in their sport. We then plough our profits back into the charity to help us reach our vision.
We continue to expand and develop to meet local need and national/international demand. Since opening, we have purchased our 6-acre site and trebled the size of the business over the last 14 years.

Equipped with a comprehensive range of 12 low-impact, power-assisted exercise machines, free weights, kettlebells, a suspension trainer, changing rooms, and a shower, ACTIVE IN MOTION (AIM) is Corby’s all-inclusive destination for becoming happier and healthier.
AIM operates under the Adrenaline Alley charity, dedicated to enhancing community health and wellbeing with innovative fitness services unique to Corby and Northamptonshire. Their mission is to ensure everyone, regardless of age, gender, ability, or health condition, can benefit from their inclusive programmes and facilities.
The Innerva equipment installed at AIM has undergone extensive research and development to impact health and wellbeing for a broader range of individuals compared to traditional gyms. This equipment is especially beneficial for senior exercisers or those with long-term illnesses and disabilities. Unlike conventional exercise machines, the Innerva range uses an electronic power system, allowing users to work passively or actively based on their ability. The benefits of this approach are wide-ranging and diverse.
The ACTIVE IN MOTION team strives to:
- Enhance overall health by improving physical fitness and mental wellbeing.
- Aid weight loss and help individuals achieve their goals effectively.
- Provide a safe, comfortable, and social environment for older exercisers, promoting independence, improved mobility, balance, and confidence.

- Support users with disabilities, offering accessible equipment and dedicated assistance to enhance agility, strength, flexibility, and range of motion for a better quality of life.
- Promote a healthy future for younger visitors, offering a safe space to exercise and learn the benefits of an active lifestyle.
- Create a welcoming and non-intimidating atmosphere for those who may feel overwhelmed in traditional gym settings, fostering confidence.
Thanks to funding from the FCC Communities Foundation, AIM has expanded Adrenaline Alley’s charitable mission by reaching a new local audience. This groundbreaking facility and its dedicated team empower individuals to achieve new heights of health and wellbeing, regardless of their circumstances.
