We’d like to introduce you to our network of social enterprises who together are making things better for many people and places. We are very diverse but have the following four things in common. We all:
- Have a social or environmental mission at our heart.
- Have a not-for-profit legal structure.
- Earn at least 50% of our organisation’s income by providing goods or services (ie we don’t depend mainly on donations of money, goods or time – this makes us resilient in tough times).
- Are based in North Northamptonshire – that’s Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, East Northants or other towns or villages in the county.
In other words, meet your North Northants social enterprises!
