Impact Story –Kettering Rugby Club
Organisation name:
Kettering Rugby Community Foundation – the charity arm of Kettering Rugby Football Club
How long have you been a Social Enterprise?
Currently setting up our Social Enterprise as a CIC but joined as a member for the Charity arm. We attended the “Setting up a CIC” session, hosted in NNSE at Wicksteed Park in September 2024 which really helped us decide on the CIC route and how to start the process.
How long have you been a member of NNSE?
About 9 months. We have as Kettering Rugby Club already hosted a NNSE party and get together in November which was a great way of showcasing our venue to other companies and members in Kettering.
What made you sign up to become a member?
Looking at the current membership we feel that we have many of the characteristics of other members and we will be looking to work with some of them as we move forward.
What are the main benefits of being a member of NNSE?
Being with like minded organisations who are all trying to good in our community.
Is there anything else that NNSE can currently be doing to help you as a member?
A monthly/bimonthly get together would be good – a breakfast club or an evening get together could well be beneficial to all members.
