At The Kindful we offer wellbeing education and skills for everyday life, suitable for a range of needs and settings. We offer wellbeing education sessions and mentoring including: - Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy programs - General Mental Health and Wellbeing short courses - Understanding and supporting neurodiversity and neurodivergence education and mentoring - Bespoke Wellbeing standalone sessions and programs Quality With a Master's in Mindfulness Based-Cognitive therapy from The University of Oxford and Level 6 Trained Teacher Certification, The Kindful's founder, Susan Liverman, is qualified to the highest standard to teach mindfulness-based programs and follows Good Practice Guidelines for teaching. All our services are delivered with a commitment to ethical, trauma-informed practice that honours both lived experience and scientific evidence. We include suitability screening for longer mindfulness programs and outcome measurement. About Susan Liverman founded The Kindful with a vision to make wellbeing and mindfulness education more accessible and adaptable so that more people have the opportunity to flourish and thrive. As a neurodivergent person, and caregiver, who has used mindfulness skills since 2008, Susan understands firsthand how better wellbeing skills and understanding can be transformative. Her approach is shaped by both professional credentials and lived experience, creating training that is both conceptually sound and relatable.
