EnFold is a growing charity providing an important range of support services to help improve the lives of those living with Autism Spectrum Condition and their families, whether diagnosed or undiagnosed, adult or child. We provide help and advice, give Autistic people a voice and educate the wider community to break down barriers. We champion understanding, support and inclusion for the 10,000 Autistic people in Northamptonshire.

We offer a range of training solutions delivered by experts with experience. Our trainers not only have lived with a range of neurodiverse conditions, they work with our service users on a daily basis, building and developing their knowledge way beyond medical descriptions of neurological conditions.

Our Training is designed to improve understanding of neurodivergence in order that organisations can:

Have neurodiversity brought to life with real experiences that explain how day to day life can be affected; Understand their Autistic students, employees or customers experiences and perceptions; Create accepting environments that welcome neurodiversity; Improve recruitment processes to attract a broader range of society into their workforce; Make better reasonable adjustments within the education facility or workplace; Know where to direct students or employees for further support to ensure their needs are met.

This comprehensive, interactive One Day Autism Masterclass is delivered in person for to up to 30 delegates and offers a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by Autistic and Neurodivergent people so that you have knowledge in how to support, them with practical approaches and bespoke solutions for your organisation.
