Dolly Communication supports kind-hearted horse owners who want to build a deeper connection with their horses through trust—not control. Founded in memory of a very special mare, Dolly, this social enterprise offers coaching, courses, and resources for anyone navigating horse behaviour challenges, confidence issues, or the pressure of traditional equestrian norms.
Dolly Communication’s mission is to shift the conversation in the horse world—from dominance and performance to empathy and understanding—by supporting both horse and human welfare. Through one-to-one coaching, free ebooks, and online learning, Dolly Communication helps owners rediscover their intuition, build confidence, and meet their horses with compassion.
Following the signing of the Charter for the Horse by leading UK equestrian organisations, They have also developed a collaborative model for ethical trainers, therapists, and instructors. This aims to bring visibility and solidarity to professionals who prioritise kindness, honesty, and equine wellbeing—working together to raise standards without compromise.
Based in Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire, where the founder lives and care for her disabled husband. Now retired, she rebuilt her website herself to share the tools and insights Dolly taught, combined with her certified life coaching skills. The site includes free resources, low-cost online courses, coaching, and a growing collaborative network for professionals who put the horse first.
Whether you’re a horse owner, equine professional, or simply seeking a gentler way to grow, Dolly Communication is here to help you listen, learn, and lead with heart.
