Social Enterprise Day is just around the corner but there’s plenty of time to still get involved.

Social Enterprise UK have joined up with social enterprise organisations from the USA to Singapore, Denmark to Kenya to once again bring the global social enterprise community together to celebrate the impact social enterprises are having around the world through the #WhoKnew campaign.

If you’ve not taken part before it’s a simple online action designed to allow social enterprises to tell their stories and highlight their impact. More information on how to get involved can be found on the Social Enterprise Day website and at the bottom of this email.

Join the SEUK Global Webinar: 12 – 1 pm, 19 November

This year as well as the #WhoKnew campaign SEUK are running a special webinar looking in more depth at the social enterprise movement across the globe.

Director of International and Sustainable Development, Dan Gregory, will be joined by representatives from social enterprise bodies from around the world to discuss the contribution social enterprises are making to addressing the global challenges we face today. It will be a fascinating insight into the common issues social enterprises are facing and also the different challenges faced by our colleagues in other parts of the world.

How to get involved in the #WhoKnew Campaign 

Whatever your size or social mission this campaign is for you. All you need to do is simply print off the #WhoKnew poster, write your message, take a photo and share across your social media feeds using the hashtags #WhoKnew and #SocialEnterpriseDay on 19 November.  If you do not have access to a printer, given the current lockdown situation, it’s fine to just write your message on a piece of paper.
